Once you're signed up, you'll be assigned two designated days a week (Mon/Thu or Tue/Fri, depending on your area). The night before, you'll get a text — just reply "YES" to schedule (or use email, the app, or tell your driver). Set your bag out by 8 am on pickup day; your driver will swing by between 8 am–4 pm. Your cleaning is delivered on your next designated day — so a Monday pickup means Thursday delivery, and vice versa.

Nope — no contact needed! We know life's busy, so just set your bag out by 8 am on your designated day. On delivery day, your driver will leave it right at your door.

No problem — plenty of customers have specific needs like gate codes, garage codes, or a preferred door. Just let us know, and we'll add it to your account so your driver always knows exactly where to go.

It means you schedule only when you need us — once a week, twice a month, every three months, whatever fits your life. We're there when you need us.

Nope! Same price as in-store, delivered to your door — no minimums. Whether it's one item or ten, we'll still stop by.

We will give you a call after your sign up to get a credit card to add to your account. Your card will then be automatically charged whenever you have items cleaned with us.
