We inspect the garment for missing buttons, tears, etc. that might need special attention. Pockets are cleared so that any valuables left in them can be preserved and returned to you. We utilize a certified spot removal specialist that pre-spots your garments to make removal easier. Our staff knows the correct chemicals and methods to remove spots without damaging your garment. After cleaning, our inspectors check for any post-cleaning spots. All garments are then triple inspected.

Special care is taken to every garment that we process. Shoulder guards are used to protect your suit coats and blazers from hanger impression marks. Special polo hangers are used to preserve their shape. We also use tissue in every sweater to prevent wrinkling. Foam hangers are used to protect your dresses and blouses from impression marks.
